This is an easy way to have your plate more garnished, use this with burgers or fish
2 cherry tomato
1 sml. onion
1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. fresh thyme
sea salt & black pepper to taste
1 garlic
Cut all ingredients in to small chunks add the oil, salt and pepper mix well and serve
