This is very simple salad with only 2 vegs and some spices
1/2 tomato
1/2 red bell pepper
1 tbsp. fresh basil
sea salt & black pepper to taste
cut up the vegetables as chunky or fine as you like. .....I did mine chunky. Than combine with the salt, basil and seasoned pepper. Mix all together. This taste fabulous!!!!! I did not have any other vegetables so this is what I came up with as a side dish to any meat and fruit dinner. If you wanted to add some olive oil you could. Enjoy
