These chips are light, crispy and delicious. Remind me of the round tostitos. They make great nachos, dipping chips, or just to snack on. The recipe makes 20 chips with a total count of 4 carbs and 3 fats. 5 chips is 1 carb and 2/3 fat. So fast and easy and you think you're cheating but you're not!!
1/2 c. brown rice flour
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
Blend rice flour and oil Stir in water and any or all of the optional ingredients (batter will be thin) Drop by small spoonfuls onto a cool lightly greased baking sheet. ( I use a 1/2 tsp measuring spoon). The batter will spread into circles. Do not place to close together Bake at 400 degrees for 13-15 minutes or until browned. (edges will be slightly darker) Sprinkle salt on top if desired as soon as they are removed from oven.
