An omelet that is sure to keep you full all morning!
1/2 sweet onion
1/2 bell pepper, any color
1/2 med. tomato
sea salt & black pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
3 egg
1 oz. cheese, any type
3 oz. Italian turkey sausage
Brown the sausage and saute the chopped onion, diced bell pepper, and diced tomato with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Beat the eggs. When the sausage is cooked and veggies are soft, mix them together and spread the eggs over them in the skillet. Put a cover on the omelet. When top of omelet is cooked through, add cheese and fold onto a platter with your favorite side dishes. Enjoy.
