These gluten-free brownies are the best!
1 oz. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. canned black beans
3 egg
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. coconut oil
1/4 c. cacao powder
1/8 tsp. sea salt
2 tsp. vanilla extract
5 tbsp. honey, raw
2 oz. chocolate
2 dsh. cayenne pepper
Combine eggs, melted butter, melted coconut oil, cacao powder, salt, vanilla, honey, cayenne, and black beans (rinsed and drained) in the bowl of a food processor. Process until well blended.
Break the chocolate into chunks, and chop the nuts. Stir into batter.
Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper, greased with coconut oil. Pour batter into pan and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
Makes 16 brownies, 2 brownies is a serving.
