The Best Chimichurri Sauce

Take your meal up a notch by adding this sauce to it. I promise it WON'T disappoint!


    2 c. fresh parsley

    2 c. cilantro

    2 jalapeno pepper

    2 clove garlic

    3 lime

    2 tbsp. red wine vinegar

    1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil

    sea salt & black pepper to taste


Roast the jalapenos by placing under broiler (keep an eye on them) or over an open flame on your stove top. Char it on all sides and then place in a bowl and cover for a few minutes. Take a paper towel and rub off the skin. Cut off the top, de-stem and de-seed (unless you want it hot). Place all of the ingredients into a food processor until well blended. That's it!
