The Best Carrot Fries

A new take on an old classic.


    1 lbs. carrot

    2 tsp. avocado oil

    1/4 tsp. sea salt

    1/4 tsp. black pepper


Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Wash, peel, and cut carrots into 1/2-inch sticks. Put carrots in a bowl, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and toss to coat. Arrange carrot sticks in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes, turning halfway through.
