The A+ Tunafish Sandwich

Healthy, yummy, and it hits the spot! It helps to keep you feeling fuller longer!


    2 slc. sprouted whole grain pita bread

    1/4 slc. avocado

    1 sml. canned white tuna

    1 pinch sea salt

    1 pinch garlic powder

    1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil


Mash and mix the avocado, tunafish, sea salt, garlic powder, and extra virgin olive oil together in a small bowl. Toast your SWG bread slightly and put your tuna mix onto the bread and put it all together! Enjoy the sandwich with a side of any kind berries you want! Have a cup of herbal tea while your at it! :-)
