My friend gave me this recipe a few years back and it's one of my favorite 'spicy fries' recipes! You can add or take away any of the spices you'd like. But, they are Yummy! :)

Ingredients

    2 lrg. baking potatoes

    1 tbsp. coconut oil

    1 tsp. garlic powder

    1/2 tsp. sea salt

    2 tsp. chili powder

    1 tsp. onion powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Take your potatoes and cut each into 8 sticks. Put in a bowl and pour the oil over them and toss so every piece is coated.

Combine the garlic powder, sea salt, chili powder and onion powder in plastic bag that zips closed. Put your potatoes in the bag, close it tightly, then shake so all pieces of potato are coated with the spices.

Take a baking sheet and cover with parchment paper if you have it. Or a raised rack so they'll brown better. If not, lightly grease your baking sheet and place the potatoes skin-side down. Bake until they are fork tender and well browned. It should be about 25 minutes, but check often. Eat while they're nice and hot and crispy! :)

My husband and kids love these!
