I got this off Dr. Oz and it is really good!
3 c. baby spinach
1/2 c. corn, canned, organic
1/2 c. black beans, cooked or canned, organic
1/4 c. red onion
1/4 avocado
1/2 fresh made salsa
1 tbsp. sour cream, organic
Combine and mix all ingredients except the sour cream in a bowl, then top it off with sour cream.
*As a vegetarian, count this as 1 protein, 4 carb, 2 fat.
