Tex-Mex Burgers

These burgers are a little spicy! Not a fan of hot stuff? Skip the jalapeno.


    1/2 lbs. ground beef

    1/4 c. red bell pepper

    1/2 jalapeno pepper

    3/4 tsp. ground cumin

    1/4 tsp. garlic powder

    1 tsp. dried oregano

    2 tbsp. almond flour

    1/2 tsp. sea salt

    1/4 tsp. black pepper


Dice red pepper and jalapeno.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and use hands to mix well. Form mixture into patties.

Cook on a grill or in a pan on the stovetop, until cooked to desired doneness.

*Eat one burger for dinner. Save the other for tomorrow's lunch.
