Teriyaki Meatloaf

A really delicious and easy new taste for meatloaf.


    1 lbs. ground turkey

    1/2 c. breadcrumbs, made from sprouted whole-grain bread

    1 c. onion

    1/2 c. green bell pepper

    1/4 tsp. garlic powder

    1/4 c. wheat-free soy sauce

    2 tbsp. honey, raw

    2 tsp. lemon juice


Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly grease a 9x5 loaf pan.

In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, finely chopped green pepper, garlic powder, soy sauce, raw honey, and lemon juice. Mix well to combine. Pat mixture into prepared loaf pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Place loaf pan on a wire rack and let set for 5 minutes. Cut into 6 servings.
