I threw this together, because I needed a 3 protein quick snack. You could leave out the nuts to make it 2P or add scoop of vanilla whey protein with the nuts to make it 4P.
2 tbsp. nut butter
1/4 c. raisins
1/2 oz. chopped nuts
Mix everything together and eat with a spoon!
