Homemade Tandoori Spice Blend
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
Mix all spices. Store in an air tight container. Makes approximately 2 tablespoons.
