This staple of Middle Eastern cooking is so delicious! Tahini is a paste made from ground sesame seeds, and this recipe turns it into a thinner, garlicky sauce that I love to dip my veggies in!
4 clove garlic
1 tsp. sea salt
1/2 c. tahini
7 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. water
Mash garlic and salt in a medium bowl using the back of a spoon until a paste forms. Whisk in tahini, lemon juice and water.
