1 spg. fresh mint
1 1/2 c. blueberries
1 1/2 c. strawberries
6 oz. Greek yogurt
1 tbsp. honey, raw
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Divide strawberries and blueberries among four individual serving dishes. In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, sweetener of choice and cinnamon. Spoon over fruit and garnish as you'd like.
You could use different fruits if you'd like and any spices that you desire. My kids and husband liked this because it wasn't 'too' sweet. Maybe You'll want to sweeten it up more. It's up to You! :-)
