This is one delicious way of having that French fry that you've been craving and getting that same texture yet using a sweet potato instead of a white potato!
1 sweet potato
2 tbsp. coconut oil
seasoning or spices of your liking to taste
Cut the sweet potato in half and chop it up really thinly (to look like fries). Season with garlic, thyme, and pepper...any seasonings you like!
Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add sweet potatoes to the skillet and cook until golden brown (approximately 10 minutes). Be careful not to burn them!
