Kind of a sweet and spicy grilled chicken.
16 oz. chicken breast
2 tbsp. honey, raw
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 dsh. ground cumin
1 tbsp. wheat-free soy sauce
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. ground ginger
4 slc. pineapple
Blend all ingredients together except pineapple and chicken. Coat chicken with mixture, and grill.
Grill pineapple slices.
Once the chicken is cooked, top with grilled pineapple slices. This chicken goes great with basmati rice and veggies!
