"I typically do not like baked fish. However, I love this one! It is light-tasting, and, in my opinion, does not have that 'fishy taste.' I serve this fish with English peas or green beans and wild rice..

1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. cilantro, bunch, fresh, organic
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat a shallow pan with olive oil. Place fish fillets into the prepared pan. Season with juice squeeze from a lemon, cilantro, garlic, salt, and black pepper and paprika.
