Super Simple Kale Chips

Kale chips are a healthy and delicious salty snack!


    1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

    1 bch. kale

    1/4 tsp. sea salt


Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Remove kale leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite-sized pieces.

Wash and thoroughly dry kale.

Mix extra virgin olive oil and sea salt (up to 1 teaspoon) together in a zip-lock bag.

Place kale in bag to coat with seasoned oil.

Place kale on prepared baking sheet and baked in preheated oven until the edges are brown but not burnt, about 10-15 minutes.

Tip: Watch carefully toward the end of cooking time as kale goes from browned edges to burnt very quickly.
