This smoothie is filling and delicious. I have one every day!
2 scp. Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, chocolate
1/2 med. banana
2 tbsp. old-fashioned oats
2 tbsp. ground flax seeds
1/2 c. berries
1 c. almond milk
1/2 c. ice
Combine oats and flax seeds in a blender and make into a powder. Add protein powder, banana, berries, almond milk, and ice. Blend away!
