Makes 4 x 2 cup servings.
2 c. kale
1 cucumber
2 celery stalk, fresh, organic
2 carrot
1 banana
1 c. frozen blueberries
2 tsp. flax seeds
2 tsp. fresh ginger
10 fresh mint
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. almond milk
1 c. white mushrooms
2 c. water
1 red apple
Skin the banana. Quarter and seed the apple. Slice cucumber into 1 inch pieces. Cut all vegetables to fit Vitamix pitcher. Add all ingredients to Vitamix. Blend on high for 20-30 seconds.
