Freeze in pops.


    14 fl oz. pineapple juice

    1 banana

    14 fl oz. canned coconut milk

    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract


Mix all of the ingredients and then freeze in pops!!

Coach's Note: Fresh pineapple would be better than canned. There are about 4 carbs in this entire recipe. Take that into consideration when figuring out your servings based on how many pops you make.
