Summer Mango Smoothie

A very refreshing and easy use for a mango :)

Ingredients

    1 c. milk, raw or organic

    1 c. ice

    1 c. Greek yogurt

    1 tsp. cinnamon

    1 mango

    2 tbsp. honey, raw

Directions

Remove the flesh of the mango and discard the skin and seed. Add the flesh and remaining ingredients in the blender and blend until thick and smooth. Feel free to adjust to taste (more or less honey, etc.).

If you don't have a blender you can still make the drink: Just whisk everything but the ice together in a mixing bowl. Fill glasses with ice and pour the mixture on top.
