This steak melts in your mouth and is so easy!
1 lbs. beef tenderloin
2 oz. blue cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1 garlic powder
1 tsp. sea salt
Cut blue cheese into softened butter. When mixed well add garlic powder & salt. Divide into 4 equal parts and spead into butterflied steak. Fold meat over and wrap tighly in foild or plastic wrap. Refridgerate 3-4hrs, the longer the better (I usually let mine sit 24hrs). Grill to desired doneness. If you do not like blue cheese(my kids don't), just omit it and go with garlic butter..very good too!
