Refreshing "ice cream" for a hot summer day!
3 c. Greek yogurt
1 c. strawberries
2 tsp. vanilla extract
5 tbsp. honey, raw
Combine yogurt, strawberries, and vanilla in a food processor. Pulse several times until blended smoothly. Place in a freezer-safe bowl. Drizzle with honey and mix into yogurt creating a "ribbon". Freeze for 1 to 2 hours.
