I am not a big vegetable eater. I love to drink smoothies and discovered I can hide vegetables in them without tasting them. Here is one of the smoothies I like to make in the morning.
1 c. frozen strawberries
1/2 med. banana
1 c. spinach
1 1/2 oz. almonds
1 c. water
Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more water if needed and if you like a sweeter smoothie then feel free to add a few drops of Stevia to taste. I use a Vitamix to make this and highly recommend getting one if you can. You will not see a "speck of green" anywhere in your smoothie. Everything is completely blended.
