Just made this for breakfast. It was yummy and filling.
1/2 c. white quinoa
1 c. water
1 c. strawberries
1 dsh. stevia
Combine quinoa and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until water is evaporated, about 10 minutes. Stir in strawberries and stevia. Enjoy!
