I've been making this for my snacks. Adding the ground flax seed is an awesome way to get your Omega-3s. Feel free to substitute however you like.
1 c. Greek yogurt
1/4 c. mixed nuts
1/2 c. strawberries
1 tsp. honey, raw
1 tsp. ground flax seeds
1 tbsp. shredded coconut
I usually will mix the yogurt, honey and flax seed together first. This way it's easier to mix it evenly. Add strawberries, nuts, and coconut. I use an egg slicer to slice the strawberries. It's much faster. Mix well and enjoy!
