Strawberry Banana Overnight Oats

Mix this up the night before for a super simple breakfast in the morning!

Ingredients

    1/3 c. old-fashioned oats

    1/2 c. strawberries

    1/3 med. banana

    2 tbsp. chia seeds

    1 tsp. vanilla extract

    honey, raw to taste

    1/2 oz. almonds

    1 c. homemade coconut milk

Directions

Place oats in a mason jar. Add sliced strawberries and sliced banana, chia seeds, and vanilla extract. Add coconut milk and honey. Place the lid on the mason jar, shake really well, cover, and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, add almonds for a crunchy topping.
