Tastes just like a liquid cheesecake! Yummy!
1/2 c. cottage cheese
2 c. frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
1 c. canned coconut milk
2 scp. Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, vanilla
Combine all ingredients in a blender (I use my Ninja). Pulse a few times, then blend on high for about a minute. Enjoy!
