This is a quick and simple way to get some fruit into your diet! Sometimes you just want something to drink rather than to chew.
5 strawberries
1/2 lrg. banana
2 c. water
stevia to taste
Combine strawberries and banana in a blender. Blend until smooth, adding water to achieve desired consistency (may use less than 2 cups). Sweeten with stevia to taste, and enjoy!
