Simple for someone just starting out or easy quick meal! Unique and flavorful combination.


    3 oz. beef tenderloin

    1 c. baby spinach

    1 oz. cheese, any type

    1 oz. almonds

    1/3 c. dried cherries


Simple, cook your choose of natural steak to the degree you like, weigh out 3 oz, cut up into small bit size pieces, this will make it seem like a lot more too! Get a handful of baby spinach, place on plate or in a bowl. Cut up 1 oz raw cheese into small pieces, place on top of baby spinach. Measure out raw almonds to 1 oz, add to cheese and baby spinach. Place 1/3 cup of dried cherries on top of the baby spinach and other items. Add your cooked steak to that, add your favorite natural dressing and enjoy!!!
