Steak and Pepper Crunch Salad

A delicious quick salad! Especially if you have left over steak from the night before!


  • 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
  • sea salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 hndfl. spinach
  • 1 hndfl. romaine lettuce
  • 2 oz. beef tenderloin
  • 2 bell peppers, mini, tri-color, organic
  • 1 tsp. sliced almonds


Toss the spinach and baby red Romain lettuce in a bowl, top with remaining ingredients and enjoy! I make my steak and pepper crunch salad on days after we have steak with left overs. If you own a george forman grill and buy very thin sliced steaks (or pound them flat) they cook very fast if you have no left overs! This is my first recipe to share so any feedback is greatly appreciated.
