Sprouted Bread Pizza

I am a vegetarian & I struggle with getting protein in each meal. This is a great way to add some protein into my diet and it was delicious!


    2 slc. sprouted whole grain bread

    3 oz. brazil nuts

    1 oz. shredded cheese

    4 tbsp. tomato sauce


Grind the nuts into a powder and sprinkle onto the bread. Divide the tomato sauce evenly and spread it over top. Sprinkle with the cheese.

*Top with any toppings that you like, but make sure to adjust the carbs/fats/proteins if you do. *Use Ezekiel English muffin or roll in place of the bread.
