Mix the six ingredients with a fork.
2 c. spinach
1/4 c. walnuts
1 c. strawberries
1 tbsp. maple syrup
1/2 c. yogurt
1 tbsp. lime juice
Combine all six ingredients in a bowl and mix with a fork. This was my lunch on my first day of this diet.
