Eggs, bacon, and spinach - what more could you want in a scramble?
sea salt & black pepper to taste
1 pce. uncured bacon
2 egg
1/2 c. spinach
Cook bacon in a small pan. Remove from pan, and tear into small pieces. (Leave bacon fat in the pan – you can use this fat to cook the eggs.)
Whisk together eggs, bacon pieces, chopped spinach, sea salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Add egg mixture to the pan, and cook, stirring often, until eggs are fully cooked through.
