Spinach Artichoke Dip

This is a Beyond Diet favorite. Coach Taryn makes this Spinach Artichoke Dip every time she hosts or attends a party, and everyone loves it! This is a perfect twist on conventional Spinach Artichoke Dip, without risking the flavor! Pair this dip with Simple Mills Fine Ground Sea Salt Almond Flour Crackers, carrot sticks or Jackson's Honest Tortilla Chips.

Ingredients

    sea salt to taste

    10 oz. frozen spinach

    8 oz. artichoke hearts

    1 c. Greek yogurt

    1/2 c. parmesan cheese

    1 tsp. garlic powder

    1 oz. mozzarella cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Remove excess water in spinach by squeezing it out with a tea towel or nut milk bag. Chop artichoke hearts and grate parmesan cheese. Combine drained spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, Greek yogurt, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and grated mozzarella cheese (optional) in a bowl. Mix well. Transfer to small baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
