A yummy, but healthy combo of eggs, onions, and spinach
3 egg
1/2 c. baby spinach
1/2 c. white onion
1 dsh. sea salt
Whisk together eggs onions and salt. Cook over low-medium heat in a non-stick pan, stir in spinach when eggs are half way finished. When eggs are completely cooked, put on a plate and enjoy. You can add a serving of raw cheese if you want to have it for dinner. This would serve as your fats. I like to eat it as dinner with a turkey sausage patty (2oz).
