Spinach and feta cheese are a delicious combination of flavors... and they make for a great meatloaf!
1 lbs. ground turkey
1 egg
1/4 c. almond flour
1 clove garlic
4 oz. feta cheese
10 oz. frozen spinach
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan with coconut oil.
Combine ground turkey, lightly beaten egg, minced garlic, crumbled feta, and chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry) in a bowl; use hands to mix well.
Move mixture to the loaf pan, and bake for 45 minutes to an hour.
