If you're in a hurry this is a great quick, protein-packed breakfast.
3 egg
1 c. spinach
1/4 tsp. coconut oil
1 dsh. sea salt
Saute fresh spinach in a little coconut oil until wilted. Then scramble 3 eggs in a bowl with a touch of sea salt. Add to pan and cook to desired consistency.
