Kick your tuna salad up a notch!
10 oz. canned white tuna
3 tbsp. homemade mayonnaise
1/2 jalapeno pepper
1 stlk. celery
1/2 c. carrot
1/2 c. onion
1/4 tsp. mustard seed, ground
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
sea salt & black pepper to taste
Drain the cans of tuna. Dice the jalapeno pepper. Chop the celery, carrots, and onion.
Combine tuna with veggies and spices in a medium bowl, and mix well.
Serve over a bed of salad greens, spread on Ezekiel sprouted grain bread, or with cucumber slices, pepper slices, or carrot/celery sticks.
