Spicy Tuna Patties

Spicy, crispy tuna makes a delicious lunch or dinner!


    8 oz. canned white tuna

    1/4 c. almond flour

    1 egg

    1/2 jalapeno pepper

    1 tsp. garlic

    1 tsp. red pepper flakes

    sea salt & black pepper to taste

    2 tsp. coconut oil


Drain two 5-ounce cans of tuna and place in a medium bowl. Add almond flour, egg, diced jalapeno, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, sea salt, and pepper. Use a fork to mix to all up. Form into 4 patties.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, add patties and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side. The patties should be crispy on the outside and cooked through.
