A sweet and spicy recipe for chicken thighs.
1 tbsp. coconut oil
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 lbs. chicken thigh, skinless
4 tbsp. honey, raw
2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
Preheat broiler. Grease a broiler pan with coconut oil.
Combine spices in a large bowl. Add chicken to bowl and toss to coat. Place chicken on greased broiler pan. Broil chicken 5 minutes on each side.
Combine honey and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl; mix well.
Remove chicken from oven; brush half of the honey mixture on chicken. Return chicken to oven and broil 1 minute.
Remove chicken from oven and turn over. Brush with the remaining honey mixture. Return chicken to oven and broil 1 additional minute or until chicken is done.
