Spicy Chicken Stir Fry

Stir fry is a simple dish to tweak to your liking. This one is spicy and tasty!


    1/4 tsp. turmeric

    1/4 tsp. ground ginger

    1/2 tsp. sea salt

    1/2 tsp. black pepper

    1 tsp. ground cumin

    1 tsp. stevia

    1/2 bch. green onion

    1/2 stlk. celery

    1/2 med. red bell pepper

    1/2 med. yellow bell pepper

    1/2 med. zucchini

    1 tbsp. coconut oil

    1/2 tbsp. lime juice

    1/2 tbsp. honey, raw

    1/2 lbs. chicken breast


Cut the chicken into bite-sized strips and season with turmeric, ginger, sea salt, pepper, cumin, and stevia. Make sure to coat the chicken pieces thoroughly and set aside. Cut the scallions, celery, and peppers into thin strips and zucchini at a slight angle into thin rounds. Heat the pan with coconut oil and stir fry chicken until cooked through and golden brown. Add the vegetables (scallions, celery, pepper, and zucchini) to the pan and cook for 8-10 minutes. Pour the lime juice and honey over the stir fry and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
