If you like hot foods, these are the burgers for you!
1 lbs. ground chicken
2 jalapeno pepper
1 tsp. sea salt
3/4 tsp. black pepper
3/4 tsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp. garlic
Mix all the ingredients together and let sit in the fridge for 3+ hours.
Form into 4 patties and grill or fry in a pan on the stove.
You can eat it plain or top it with some raw/organic cheese.
Note: I used the higher amounts of each ingredient because I'm a big fan of spicy things. If you're not, you might want to reduce the seasonings by even more.
