this receipe very good for lunch or dinner.very yummy too
1 lbs. ground chicken
1 sml. onion
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
3 green chili pepper
1 egg
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tbsp. ground ginger
1 tbsp. coconut oil
1/2 tbsp. garlic
sea salt to taste
1 bch. fresh parsley
mix all ingredient in egg,then put this mixture in chicken mince,then make shape round and fry medium flame,one side then is golden turn and fry another side.. eat hot with rice or green salad
