Spicy Avocado Chicken

Spicy chicken topped with healthy fat!

Ingredients

    1/4 lbs. chicken breast

    1/4 tsp. sea salt

    1 pinch black pepper

    1 pinch cayenne pepper

    1 tbsp. coconut oil

    1/4 med. red onion

    1/2 tbsp. lime juice

    1/4 med. avocado

    sea salt & black pepper to taste

Directions

Combine sea salt, pepper, and cayenne in a small bowl. Rub this seasoning mix into the chicken breasts.

Heat the coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken to the skillet, and cook 5-7 minutes on each side, until thermometer inserted in center reads 165ºF or higher.

While chicken is cooking, make the topping: Combine onion, avocado, and lime juice in a bowl. Stir it all up, and season with sea salt and pepper.

When chicken is done cooking, plate it, and top with avocado mixture.
