Spicy Asian Dressing

It's a take on Martha Stewart's Spicy Asian Dressing. I modified it according to what I had in my cubbard, added some ginger and it turned out great! Awesome over a salad, fish or even rice!


    4 green onion

    2 garlic

    1/2 c. wheat-free soy sauce

    1/2 c. red wine vinegar

    3 tbsp. honey, raw

    honey, raw to taste

    1 tbsp. lime juice

    1/2 tsp. fish sauce

    1 fresh ginger

    1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes


Mix all ingredients in a bowl. (I used a fork, to dissolve the honey properly.)
