Spice up your pumpkin seeds with these interesting flavors!
2 c. pumpkin seeds
1 egg white
1/8 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. wheat-free soy sauce
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk the egg white until soft and foamy. Then add your spices and soy sauce and combine thoroughly.
Add the pumpkin seeds and mix until they're coated.
Spread the pumpkin seeds in an even layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 13-15 minutes until the pumpkin seeds pop.
Let them cool completely and store in a covered container.
1 serving = 1/2 ounce or about 1/4 cup
